What are the check-in and check-out times?

CHECK-IN: after 3pm, CHECK-OUT: before 11am

Do you allow pets?

We only allow service pets. 

Is parking free and available? If so, where can I park?

Yes, each reservation is permitted two parking spaces. Depending on the cabin booked, the guest(s) may park right in front of or adjacent to the cabin.

Do you provide free Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is accessible from anywhere onsite. The password will be provided in the reservation's check-in instructions.

Do you have dining services?

We do not have dining services, but there are a number of remarkable restaurants across Big Bear Lake.
