This is a One bedroom, one bathroom 750 sqft with no AC.

Living Room: FREE Wi-Fi, flat screen television, Apple TV (Netflix), wood burning fireplace (firewood sold in office, bringing your own is not permitted), 2 comfy convertible sofas that can sleep 2, a queen size futon, and ceiling fan.

Kitchen: Table 4 chairs + a bench that fits 2 persons, refrigerator, Gas Stove with Oven, microwave, coffeemaker (coffee provided), paper towels, dishes, dish soap, trash bags,  pots and pans .

Bathroom: Large towels, hair towel, bath mat, shower, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap.

Bedroom: One queen sized bed with 4 pillows, comforter, night stand, closet area, extra pillow and blanket with a bunk bed that will sleep 2 Adults.
